1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using theCoders website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Services

theCoders, operated by VAINTECH PROJECT S.R.L., provides digital development services including:

Mobile application development (iOS & Android)
Web application development
Web3 and blockchain solutions
Payment integration services
Consulting and technical support

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Use our services for lawful purposes only
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Respect intellectual property rights
Communicate professionally with our team

4. Project Terms

4.1 Proposals and Quotes

All project proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on project scope modifications.

4.2 Payment Terms

50% advance payment required to commence work
50% final payment upon project completion
Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or cryptocurrency
Late payments may incur interest charges

4.3 Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on current scope. Delays may occur due to client feedback cycles, scope changes, or unforeseen technical challenges.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients own all custom code and designs created specifically for their project.

5.2 Our Rights

We retain rights to:

Pre-existing code and third-party libraries
General techniques and knowledge
Portfolio showcase rights (with client permission)

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the project engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Warranty and Support

8.1 Bug Fixes

We provide 30 days of complimentary bug fixes for projects delivered.

8.2 Ongoing Support

Extended support and maintenance packages are available at additional cost.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Termination does not relieve clients of payment obligations for work completed.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, matters will be subject to Romanian law and courts in Brașov.

11. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
